Allen Anderson Lill, Sr., age 67, of Slidell, LA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 1, 2023.

He was a retired insurance broker, and a graduate of New Orleans Academy and Louisiana State University, where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He also earned an MBA from the Tulane University Freeman School of Business.

Allen was best known for his quick wit and incredible sense of humor. He was the son of the late Benjamin Duncan Allen Lill and Barbara Jean Anderson Lill. He is survived by his partner, Camilla "Cookie" Kuracka, his two brothers, Dr. Duncan Withall Lill (Andrea) and Martin Billiu Lill (Catherine), his children, Michele Elisabeth Lill, Dr. Allen Anderson Lill, Jr. (Chantal J.) and Virginia Christine Lill. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Emerson Rose Lill, John-Paul Allen Lill, Benjamin Brian Lill, Charlotte Miriam Lill, Catherine Marie Lill, Logan Michael Bernhardt, and many nieces and nephews.

A private memorial and interment will take place at a later date.
