Barbara Gulino Gonzales, 77, born on January 24, 1946, and passed into eternal rest on Thursday June 1, 2023.

She was proceeded in death by her husband John, her parents; Joseph and Alice Rist Gulino, her daughter; Laura, and her sister Betty Musacchia.

She is survived by her children, Valerie Patterson (Rick), Louis Gonzales (Kathy), and John Gonzales, two brothers; Richard Gulino (the late Lynne), and Joseph Gulino (Carmen). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.

Barbara graduated from Slidell High School in 1964. Many of her classmates stayed in touch with her and were with her until the end. She was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church. She was very active with her friends and the community and will be dearly missed by everyone whose life she touched. She was a regular participant in the St. Joseph Altar at St. Genevieve. Barbara was also one of the last surviving employees of the Bank of Slidell where she worked for many years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,

1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 3:00 P.M.

A private interment will take place in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY at a later date.

Visitation on Saturday, after 1:00 P.M. until funeral time.
