Brenda Kay Shoots Abouomar, age 61, of Slidell, passed away on Tuesday May 31, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

Brenda was born Oct. 2,1960 in Corydon, Indiana to James LeRoy Shoots and Janet Carol Hinson. She is survived by three children; Ron A. Dill, Crystal K. Dill, and Brandon L. Dill. Five grandchildren; Elijah R. Berry, Mya M. Dill, Isaiah R. Dill, Grant V. Dill, Payton A. Dill. Seven siblings; Linda Hinson, Angel & (Jim) Tidwell, Jeffrey & (Heather) Hinson, Rhonda Pride & (Shane Catt), Richard & (Sarah) Shoots, Tamatha Hinson, Christopher & (Kaitlyn) Hinson.

She was preceded in death by Janet C. Hinson, Roland G. Hinson, James L. Shoots, Kimberly M. Shoots, James D. Shoots (Doug), Lori K. Davidson.

Brenda moved to Slidell in 1995 where she resided until her passing. She was a faithful member of the Thompson Road Baptist Church.

Brenda was a devoted mother and grandmother, who lived her life for her grand babies. She had a special kind of heart. She would do anything and everything for anyone if she could.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service at, Thompson Road Baptist Church, 59008 Highway 433, Slidell, LA. 70460 on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.
