Carol Susan Sparks, 73, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022, at her residence.

She is survived by her beloved husband of twenty years Larry Sparks; two step-children, Thomas Sparks and Pegy Kuhlman; four step-grandchildren, Justin, Jenna, John and Anna; and two step great-grandchildren, Maverick and Brooklyn. She is also survived by her two sisters, Beverly Chaussy and Barbara Glasgow.

Daughter of the late Arthur E. and Dorothy Heitman Behn.

Carol was a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, a longtime resident of Bell, Florida,  and a recent resident of Slidell. She graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati and made a career in retail sales. She enjoyed time with family and taking long walks.

1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.

Visitation at the funeral home on Saturday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
