Charlotte Will Garcia,76, of Lacombe, Louisiana, passed on to a more peaceful place on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Slidell Memorial Hospital. Her battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed her courage in facing life's challenges.

Charlotte was born on February 1, 1947 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Marion Christenson Will and Alvin Roy Will. She was married to Rolf Seeberg, who passed away after a battle with cancer. Several years later she then married Eugene A. Garcia III of Lacombe, Louisiana where they lived for 41 years. Charlotte had two children, Karri Seeberg and Eugene A. Garcia IV. She was always primarily devoted to caring for her families (she was a great cook), but she also was the secretary at Sacred Heart Church for 10 years and the office manager at Bayou Animal Clinic for over 25 years. Charlotte also loved needle arts. Needlepoint was her early favorite only to be replaced with crochet in her later years, and her family has many pieces to treasure in the years to come.

She is survived by her husband and friend of 41 years, Buddy Garcia, her daughter Karri Head, her son Gene Garcia, and five grandchildren: Connor S. Head, Sarah H. Rogers, Zoey M. Garcia, Eugene A. Garcia V (Quinn), and Nash E. Garcia. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents Marion & Alvin, her sister Joy, her brother Buddy, and her first love and husband Rolf Seeberg.

Visitation will be on June 28, 2023 from 12:30 to 1:30 at Most Holy Trinity Church in Mandeville, Louisiana, with Mass from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. In remembrance of Charlotte, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital.
