Cleveland Parker Jr., son of the late Cleveland "Cotton" Parker Sr. And Clotile Robinson Parker, was born July 8, 1961, in Slidell, Louisiana. Cleveland peacefully departed from this world on December 13, 2024, at the age of 63 years old.

Cleveland or "Cleve" as most of us called him, received his primary education from St. Tammany Parish Schools and was a graduate of Slidell High School in 1980, where he served as the captain of the Slidell High School Tigers football team. Cleve continued his education at Jackson State University of Jackson, Mississippi where he majored in Mass Communications while playing football for the Tigers he was fondly known as "Captain Cheese".

Cleveland Parker Jr. is preceded in death by his parents Cleveland "Cotton" Parker Sr.  and Clotile Robinson Parker, his sister Neorlean Howard McMooain, brother Robert Charles Howard Sr., and nephews Bryant Burnett and Robert Charles Howard Jr.

He leaves his legacy to cherish, his three children, Shaun (Joy) Anderson, Bradford (Kacey) Parker Sr., and Silas (Baylee) Parker; ten grandchildren, Shaun Jr., Amaya, Harmony, Bradford Jr., Davion, Symphony, Chosen, Emmitt, Owen, and Dreux; three siblings, Ida Mae Brock, June (Keith Sr.) Green, Teresa Parker and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West Slidell, La. 70469 on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11am.
