Cynthia Ann Mills, age 88, of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on October 23, 2026.

Born on July 19, 1938, in New Orleans to Mabel Wood and Warren Howell Robertson, Sr., Cynthia lived a life filled with love, family, and faith.

Cynthia had a love for life’s many adventures and simple pleasures. She enjoyed traveling the world, losing herself in a good book, creating pottery, and appreciating the beauty of art. She was also a member of the Alpha Rho chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority. Among the many treasured memories she leaves behind are the holiday gatherings at the beloved “island” house on the bayou, where family came together to celebrate, share stories, and create memories that will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

Cynthia is survived by her brother, Jerome Robertson (Beverly); her sisters-in-law, Pamela Robertson and Elaine Robertson; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Milton Michael Mills; her parents, Mabel Wood and Warren Howell Robertson, Sr.; and her brothers, Warren Howell Robertson, Jr., and Michael Robertson.

A private graveside service for family will be held on November 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery. The service will take place at the Pavilion on site. The family kindly requests that the service remain private and limited to family members.
