Donna May Grimm, 78, of Slidell, Louisiana, entered into heaven Friday, September 16, 2022 from Slidell, Louisiana.

Donna was born October 14, 1943 in West Newton, PA. to Charles and Gladys (Shoemaker) Dainty. After graduating from West Newton High School, she went on to marry her husband, Dayton Grimm, Jr.

Donna is survived by her siblings Jane Puk, Faye Rock, Robert Dainty, Frank Dainty, two sons, Derrek Grimm, fiancé Celeste Polkey Giroux, and Damien Charles Grimm, wife Lacey and their children, Brock, Olivia, and Cate.  She is proceeded in death by siblings Linda Dainty Judy, Chuck Dainty, and John Dainty. Donna will be remembered as an avid pianist, loving wife, caretaker, aunt, and mother to us all.

Funeral services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West, Slidell LA 70460, on Friday, September 23, 2022.  Visitation will begin at 9:00am followed by funeral services at 11:00am.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
