Edith Potter Holley, 90, a longtime resident of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, in Kenner, Louisiana.

Edith was born May 27, 1932, in Fort Necessity, Louisiana, and moved in 1959 to New Orleans.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Holley; and a sister, Bertha James.

Edith is survived by three children, Vickie Lemoine (Joseph), George Holley (Rinita), Kindra Klein (John); seven grandchildren, Dominic Lemoine, Charmaine Pardue, Toby Scelson, Nicholas Scelson, J.R. Klein, Evangeline Holley, Gus Holley; and ten great-grandchildren.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
