Edward William "Billy" Condon II, of Slidell, LA. entered eternal rest at age 76, on Saturday, March 9, 2024, peacefully surrounded by family.

He was the son of the late Edward William Condon and Carmel Delcarpio Condon and beloved husband of the late Linda Schmeltzer Condon. He had four siblings, Carolyn Condon, the late Alphonse Condon (Marie), Carmel Johnson (Mark), and the late Daniel Condon (Loralie). He was the loving father to three daughters: Ellen Ziegel (Lonnie), Elizabeth Myers (Ben) and Eileen Condon. He was a proud grandfather to Ryan Ziegel, Hailey Ziegel and Ella Myers and has left behind several special nieces and nephews.

Edward was an Average Adjuster retired from Arthur J. Gallagher as Senior Vice President of Marine and Energy Claims. He was an avid fisherman, duck hunter, golfer, a Master Carver of decoys and other birds and loved to spend time with his grandchildren. He had a special place in his heart for the many who loved and cared for him at Anderson Memory Care. He left a big impression on many throughout his time on earth and will be sadly missed.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church,1050 Robert Blvd, Slidell, LA
on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 12:00 P.M.

Visitation at the church on Friday after 11:00 A.M. until funeral time.
