Obituary

Emile B. 'Buddy'  Fabacher, age 81 years, of Kosciusko, MS, went to his eternal life on Monday, April 11, 2022. He was born in New Orleans, La. to the late Jacob A. Fabacher, Jr. and Iris Mire Fabacher. Grandson of the late Jacob A. Fabacher, Sr. and Blanche Agnes Murphy  Fabacher and Julius A. Mire, Sr. and Jane Canullette Mire. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Mary A. Fabacher, his children; Julie Anne DiBella, John Andrew Fabacher, James Allen Fabacher and Jenny F. Dexter, two sisters Jane Agnes F. Parks and Lydia F. Gallo, a brother-in-law, Carl T. Haley, Sr., his two grandchildren, four step children and many step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceasd by a sister, Blanche F. Haley. He was a 1958 graduate of Slidell High School, worked at the shipyard on Bayou Liberty, and served in the U.S. Navy for four years as an Aviation Electronics Electrician. He retired as an Electrician at Air Products. He lived on the Rigolets until Katrina, where he loved to fish, hunt and was a licensced charter boat Captain. He will always be known as a "Jokester", who loved a good punch line and laugh.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Services at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd., West, Slidell, La. 70460, on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.

Visitation will be on Saturday after 11:00 a.m. until service time.
