Frankie Marie mart Arseneaux, passed peacefully from her earthly body to enter eternity with our Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at the age of 79. Frankie was born in New Orleans on May 20,1943 and moved to Slidell, LA in 1967 where she resided until her death.

Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy G. and Frank P. Mart and her brother James Mart. Cherished by her sisters Diane Mart Hudson (Edward), Janeen Mart Prestenbach and her dear friend Lynne Finch. Beloved mother of Arthur A. Arseneaux, III (Denise), John P. Arseneaux (Kathy), and Joanna A. Sperandeo (Mario). Proud grandmother of Billy Hughes (Arielle), Omar B. Ictech II (Danica), Taylor M. Arseneaux (Josh), Ian A. Arseneaux (Erika), Johnathon T. Arseneaux (Lupe), and Miguel R. Sperandeo (Kaitlin). Great grandmother of Lilah and Jaxon Ictech and Charlotte Hughes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Frankie was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and cherished every moment with her family. She was most proud of all of her children and loved spending time with them at every opportunity. All who knew her can attest to her love of fried shrimp po-boys, fancy cowgirl boots, her favorite color red, being a grandmother, and how she was happiest when at family gatherings. She was kind, loving and will be missed by many. A special thank you to all of the caregivers at SummerHouse Park Provence and Interim Hospice for their loving care.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell, LA. on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 11:00 am. Visitation from 9:00 A.M. until service time.
