Fred A. Zuviceh Sr. went home to be with Jesus on May 31, 2026, at the age of 86. He was born on January 4, 1940, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Fred was the son of the late Alfred Fredrick Zuviceh and Thelma Voelker Zuviceh.

He is preceded in death by his sister; Joyce Zuviceh Baker (Al) "The Triplets", two half-sisters; Eleanora "Mike" Vogt and Betty W. Gould.

He is survived by his two children; Charlotte Zuviceh Leonard (Jimmy) and Fred A. Zuviceh Jr. (Debbie) along with their mother and previous wife, Cecilia Zuviceh Hoelzel (Claude). Fred is survived by three stepchildren; Michael Talazac, David Talazac, and Vincent Talazac (Kathy), and their mother and previous wife, Barbara Songy Zuviceh. He is survived by his two sisters; Jane Zuviceh Gonzales (Simon), June Zuviceh Sensebe (Chris) "The Triplets". As well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Fred was an automotive mechanic and owned a Volkswagen Repair Shop.

He had many passions; hunting, fishing, crabbing, and trapping. He loved his coin collection. He was a jokester. All his shenanigans will be greatly missed. Above all, Fred loved Jesus. He was proud to tell everyone that he was a Christian.

A special thank you and sincere gratitude to the staff at Lacombe Nursing Centre and Foundations Hospice for their kindness and compassionate care shown to Fred.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Riverlife Fellowship (63433 HIGHWAY 11, Pearl River, LA 70452).

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with memorial service starting at 11:00 A.M.
