Gary B. Bonnett, 80, of Pearl River, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, in Pearl River.

Gary was born August 3, 1944, in New Orleans, Lousiana, to Belton and Isabelle Bonnett. In 1976 he married Lenora Coate in New Orleans.  The couple soon moved to Pearl River.  Gary was a U.S. Navy veteran and a retired bargemaster.

Gary is survived by his wife of 48 years, Lenora Bonnette.

Funeral Services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West in Slidell, Louisiana, on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

Visitation will begin at 10:00am, followed by funeral services at 11:00am.

Burial will be in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.
