Hugh H. Alford, Jr., age 87 years, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Beloved Husband of the late Rena Barthelmy Alford. Father of Bobbie Ann Esponge (Carles). Son of the late Hugh H. Alford, Sr. and Maude Sparks Alford. Brother of Betty Jo Ann Mahoney. He is the grandfather of, Samantha Self (Thomas), Holly Ledet (Reggie), the late Timothy Stevens, and 6 great grandchildren, Grant Self, Parker Self, Anderson Stevens, Kennedy Stevens, Evelyn Ledet and Troy Timmothy Raley.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired Truck Driver with Sherwin Williams.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside Services and interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 1751 Gause Blvd., West, Slidell, LA., on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.
