She was born in Ackerman , Mississippi on April 25, 1939 to her loving parents, the late George Felter Montgomery and Opal Robinson Montgomery. She was lovingly known to many as “Nina”. Her family was everything to her and she was everything to them. She was always at every family event and never wanted to miss a thing. Ina was known for her faithfulness, generosity, kindness, positivity, love, and strength. There wasn’t a single person that she met needing help, that she didn’t find a way to bless.

Ina is the beloved wife of over 66 love filled years to Anthony Paul Graff. Adored mother of Joseph Graff, Sr.(Cindy), and Jeffery Graff(Peggy). Proud grandmother to Joseph Graff Jr.(Rachel), and Cristina Cahill(Kyle), and Emma Graff, 5 great grandchildren, Micah Graff, Makena Graff, Derek Cahill, Madelyn Cahill, and William Cahill, and loving aunt to Patricia Odinet.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Charles Montgomery, Nell Montgomery Lonigan, and Annie Fay Roberts.

Ina was always a very faithful person. She served as an elder at John Calvin Presbyterian Church of Metairie, LA for over 15 years prior to moving to Slidell. At the age of 18 she obtained a job at South Central Bell (AT&T), worked there for 32 years, and was the first ever female supervisor for that company. She was the president of the Cameila City Chapter of the South Central Bell Pioneers and volunteered endless hours of her time at several local nursing homes and many other places that needed her help.
