Obituary

James "Jim" Harold Corbin, born August 23,1941, was brought home to the Lord on July 8, 2026. He leaves behind his daughters, Kim San Gabriel and Brittany Corbin, and his cherished grandson, Sandro San Gabriel.

Jim was a devoted Christian whose faith guided his life. He endeavored to live with integrity and show compassion and care to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith.

He shared more than 50 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Priscilla Corbin, who preceded him in death in 2022. He found comfort in his faith and the love of his family and friends.

Jim proudly served in the United States Navy for 27 years, reflecting his lifelong sense of duty and honor. Those years in the Navy allowed him to travel the world and sparked his love of food and photography.

Jim showed his love for his family in little ways every day. Kim and Brittany remember their dad sharing bedtime stories and making sure they were tucked in tight. Sandro fondly remembers his grandpa taking him to work. When he was away at sea, he sent Priscilla love letters and poems that were held on to until this day.

His family and friends rejoice in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ and in knowing he is reunited with Priscilla. Please remember him in your prayers and cherish the memories of a life well lived.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." — 2 Timothy 4:7
