James Adrian (A.J.) Jones Jr., age 35, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022.

He is survived by his mother, Melanie Winslow, his son; Adrian Kay, his sister; Destin Moore (Ce'Von), his brother; Jacob Jones, his maternal grandmother; Edna Penton, his uncle; Bruce Penton Jr. (Ashleigh), and his aunt; Wendy Nunez (Donald). James is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his father, James Adrian Jones Sr.; paternal grandparents Windle and Nancy Morgan, and his uncle Michael Morgan.

James was a native of Slidell. His artistic talent was never truly realized. He had a love for historical and present-day trivia. He was an avid guitar player and his love of music was evident in every aspect of his life. James will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 3:00 P.M.
