Jean Lacour Gremillion, 88, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023, in Picayune, Mississippi.

Jean was born February 10, 1935, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Maurice and Verdie Lacour. In 1955 she married Huey Gremillion. In 1982, the couple moved to Slidell.

She was a longtime volunteer at Slidell Memorial Hospital, and was retired from Bellsouth.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Gremillion; sister, Erline Lacour; and a granddaughter, Caitlyn A. Gremillion.

She is survived by one son, Glen Gremillion (Patty); three grandchildren, Erin Miller, Heather Miller, Jennifer Miller; five great-grandchildren, Emma Keller, Camden Hart, Raylee Davis, Maci Palmer, Kiera Autry; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023, at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West, Slidell LA 70460.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon followed by funeral service at 2:00pm.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
