Jerome "Jerry" Landry, 70, a longtime resident of New Orleans and Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024, in Picayune, Mississippi.

Jerome was born May 23, 1954, in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he was raised by his aunt and uncle, Frank and Clara Di Giovanni. In 1979 he married Deanie Campo in New Orleans. In the mid 1980's the couple moved to Slidell.  He retired in LaFarge Concrete in Slidell.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Deanie Landry; a son, Travis Landry; son-in-law, Chad Chagnard; his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Di Giovanni; and his mother, Oden Lala.

He is survived by his daughter, Midge Chagnard; five grandchildren, Shelbie Berns, Harleigh Berns, Dakota Berns, Marley Landry, Ryleigh Landry.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on August 10, 2024 at Celebration Church of Slidell, located in the Calvary Baptist Building at 1615 Old Spanish Trail, Slidell, LA.
