Jo Ann Foll Schenck, 88, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and June Brokman, her husband, Edward W. Schenck and her stepdaughter Susan Collina.

JoAnn is survived by her three children Denise Foll, Michelle Cook (Wayne), and Sean R. Foll (Christine), three stepchildren; Tim Schenck, E.W. Schenck Jr, and Laurie McClelland (Matthew), five grandchildren; Caitlin Roberts, Corey Cook, Carson Cook, Ryan Foll, and Griffin Foll, eight step grandchildren; Andy & Michael McClelland, Bill Janisheck (Bree), Francis Janisheck, Maddie & Lanie Schenck, Tony Collina (Jen), and E.W. Schenck III. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, Delilah Polk, and Casimere Polk, and three step great grandchildren; Nicholas & Kyle Collina, and Billy Janisheck.

She was a native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, a former resident of Colorado and a resident of Slidell, Louisiana for the past 48 years. JoAnn worked for the USDA National Finance Center in New Orleans for 20 years and retired in 2000. She was a member of Aldersgate Methodist Church, Seniors Bowling League, and the Slidell Newcomers Club.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.

Visitation on Thursday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.

Interment will be private in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.
