It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Kim Lenora Smith, 67 of Lacombe, Louisiana, on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024 in Slidell, Louisiana, while surrounded by her family.

She was born on May 21, 1956 in New Orleans, La. and was preceded in death by her Father Harry C. Smith.

She is survived by her mother Deanna R. Smith; brother, Mark Smith (Patricia Huber); sisters, Donna Keller (Nick Keller), Vicky Smith, Colleen Eaton, (Johnny Williams), Margaret Smith (Jude Beaver), and Cheryl Tate (Julian Tate). She is also survived by seven loving nephews, four nieces, five great nephews, and three great nieces, and lots and lots of fur babies.

Kim's favorite things in life were family, music, parties and celebrations, especially Birthdays, (she memorized every one) singing and dancing, food and candy, and she especially loved to laugh and for everyone to join in. Kim loved animals and had the biggest heart and smile, and gave the biggest hugs and kisses.  Whoever knew Kim, know that you were in the presence of an angel. You will be missed more than words can express.

Funeral Services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
