Leslie Ann Toups Bouvier, of Slidell, passed away peacefully at Slidell Memorial Hospital surrounded by family on Monday February 27, 2023. Leslie was born on January 27, 1958, in New Orleans, Louisiana and was a resident of Slidell, LA since 1987. Beloved wife of Carl G. Bouvier. Mother of Valerie Bouvier Scogin, Samuel P. Bouvier, Marie N. Bouvier, and the late Christopher G. Bouvier. Daughter of the late William J. "Bill" Toups, Sr. and Valerie Gondolf Toups. Sister of William J. Toups, Jr., Clayton D. Toups, Douglas G. Toups, and Sharon Toups Perrier. Mother-in-law of Daniel E. Scogin. Leslie is survived by 4 granddaughters. Leslie was a registered nurse for 12 years before becoming a full time stay at home mother, soccer mom, Girl Scout leader, catechism teacher, and room mother.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1050-B Robert Blvd., Slidell, LA 70458 on Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 1:00pm. The anniversary of the burial of the late Christopher G. Bouvier. Visitation from 11:00am until service time. The service will be followed by a reception at the house. There will be a private interment at a later date.
