Lillian "Granny" Fontenot Goudeau, of Slidell, LA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 22, 2023,
at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sayo & Beulah Wyble Fontenot; her husband, Roland J. Goudeau; two sons, Allen & Mark Goudeau; and her six siblings.

Lillian is survived by two sons, Mitchell Goudeau (Betty) and James Goudeau (Pam). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was a native of Ville Platte, Louisiana, and a life-long resident of Slidell. Lillian was a loving wife and mother who loved gardening, sewing, playing bingo, and spending time with family and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,

1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 11:00 A.M.

Visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.

A private Interment will take place in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.
