Louise Schmiderer Bender, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a former resident of Chalmette, and Slidell, Lousiana, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, in D'Iberville, Mississippi.

Louise was born October 23, 1938, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Louis and Clara Schmiderer.

Louise was preceded in death by her first husband, Cyril Dow; second husband, Arthur Alleman; third husband, Samuel Bender; son, Cyril Charles Dow Jr.; daughter, Theresa Mary Dow; brothers, Albert Schmiderer, Louis A. Schmiderer Jr;, Calvin Schmiderer; sisters, Myra Diaz, Cecilia Quin, Deette Broussard, Rose Marie Deckwa, and twin sister, Mary Warner.

She is survived by a daughter, Christine Frances Dow; a sister, Alice Thomas; brother, Richard Schmiderer; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at D'Iberville Christian Assembly, 3496 Popps Ferry Rd, D'Iberville MS, on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 12:00 noon.

Memorial Services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell, LA 70460, on Friday July 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM.

Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Slidell, LA.
