Mary Ruth Dust Nadler, passed away January 4, 2023, peacefully at her home with her son Mike by her side.  She was born in Buffalo, New York but spent the later years of her life as a resident of Slidell, Louisiana.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Lewis and Theresa Walters Dust and her Brother Al Dust.

She is survived by three children Michael Petty, Darryl Petty and Belinda Mitchel.  Mary also is survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Mary held many jobs throughout her life but spent the last 16 years as a dedicated employee of Lowe's in Slidell.  She loved to see her customers every day and she talked about them often.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 1:00 P.M.

Visitation on Saturday after 11:00 A.M. until funeral time.
