Mary Angela Sawyer, 76, of Covington, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Mary was born March 29, 1950, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mary was a U.S. Navy veteran and worked for various law enforcement agencies throughout her career.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Lee Sawyer Sr. and Helen Jean Sawyer; a sister, Jeanlyn Sawyer; and two brothers, Clyde Sawyer Jr, and Stephen Sawyer.

She is survived by three brothers, Dennis Sawyer, Christopher Sawyer, and Michael Sawyer.

Private Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Slidell, Louisiana.
