Misty Marie Laizer, of Slidell, LA, was taken from us on September 21st, 2020. She has gone home to join our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as many family members and friends who have gone before her and loved her so dearly.

She is survived by her fiancé, Robert Cornibe and daughters Kelsea Lynn Bowls (Thomas), granddaughters Natalie and Zoey Bowls, and Kasea Ann Laizer (Dwayne) and their father Henry Laizer (Stacy)

Misty was born on May 13th, 1977 in Marrero, Louisiana the only daughter of Roy Calderone (deceased) and Carolyn Sallettes Calderone (Michael). She was the great granddaughter of Mary Barras, granddaughter of Roger and Rita Sallettes and Melvin and Connie Calderone. Misty was the Godchild of Janet Albeanese and Rosario Calderone and Godmother of Emily Woodruff. She will be missed by so many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends; we can't list all the names. You all know she loved y'all so very much.

Misty went to Saint Margaret Mary, Slidell High School, Delgado Community College, and then onto Real Estate School. She worked in many fields from baking, cooking, sales... and finally discovered her crafting talents and was about to form her own company "Endless Possibilities" which encompasses who she was totally; Our Precious Baby Girl!!!

Misty was our sunshine as anyone who had the privilege of meeting her and knowing her can testify. She brought joy and happiness everywhere she went, always glowing and giving with her huge smile that is forever imprinted in our memories. She will be sadly missed by all but never forgotten. God has another beautiful angel sprinkling pink glitter now everywhere in heaven.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,

1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA. on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Saturday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
