Nerlyn "Lyn" K. Wilson,84, a resident of Slidell, was called home to begin her everlasting life on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in Slidell. She was born and raised in New Orleans, lived in Picayune, Mississippi, and a resident of Slidell, Louisiana.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Wilson; father, Louis F. "Lou" Klein Jr; mother, Estelle Bourda Klein; stepmother, Hilda "Robyn" Klein; brother, Gerald "Jerry" Klein; and sister, Angela "Angie" Klein.

She is survived by her brother, Louis F. "Chuck" Klein III (preceded by Peggy); sisters, Robyn Klein Pickett and Lisa Lucille Klein; her daughters, Patricia Zidek and Cheryl Lemaitre; her grandchildren, John, Crystal, Matthew (Rachel), Raymond, Ashley, and Bubby (Daniela); her great grandchildren, Kyla, Eric, Hazel, and Axel; as well as several nieces, nephews, and great nieces.

She was a long-term member of PWP in Slidell where she gained many lifelong friendships. For 9 years she acted as the Berrywood Estate HOA Treasurer gaining valuable community relationships within her residential neighborhood.

Lynn collected ornaments from her beloved travels within other states, countries, and cruises, with her friends and families, making and bringing home memories of every place she visited.

Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Summer House Park Provence, 1925 Possum Hollow Rd. Slidell, LA from 5pm to 7pm.

Intermittent will be at St. Louis #3 Cemetery, 3421Esplanade Ave.  New Orleans, LA, on Saturday, August 15,2026, at 9am.
