Ora Mae Anna Hattier Guerrera, of Slidell, Louisiana, entered eternal life on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the age of 91.

Ora, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, was born on October 4, 1931 to Edwin Samuel and Anna White Hattier.

She was the beloved wife of Ralph L. Guerrera, Sr. for 71 years and the devoted mother of six children, Ralph, Jr., David (Diane), Diane Hall (Thomas), Teresa Vidrine (Jeffery), Joseph (Joanie), and Kathy Johnson (Jeff). Ora is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and her oldest brother, Edwin S. Hattier, Jr. She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Jules and Maurice Hattier; and two grandchildren, Jason and Christin Hall.

Ora was a devout Catholic and served as Eucharistic Minister for many years at St. Luke the Evangelist Church in Slidell,  and Infant Jesus of Prague Church in Harvey, Louisiana.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral Mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church, located at 66110 Vortisch Rd., LaCombe, Louisiana, on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 11am.  Visitation at the church will begin at 10am.

Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, 5190 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, LA.

Please note, Our Lady of Fatima is a Traditional Catholic Church and proper attire is required, including female head covering and modest dresses, no pants.
