Patricia "Pat" Smith, age 83, was a lifelong resident of St. Tammany Parish since 1973, who passed away due to health complications on December 13, 2025.

She was the beloved wife of the late Charles "Charlie" Smith; devoted mother to Chuck (Arlene) and Mike (Candy) Smith. Pat was an adored grandmother to Taylor McClain, Charlie, Michael, Cole, and the late Cade Smith. The great-grandmother to Maison and Brooks McClain. The sister to Danny and Mark (Sandy) Altom. The daughter to the late M.E. and Frances Altom. Lastly, "Granny Pat" to her extended family and so many others.

Pat was the most caring and giving woman and loved by all that knew her. More importantly a woman of faith. She took pleasure in her greatest joy—her family. She was loved beyond description and will be equally missed.

A private graveside service will be held, for family only, at Evans Creek Cemetery Friday, December 19, 2025, in Pearl River, LA.
