Richard "Rocky" Roussell passed in peace at the age of 56 in Slidell, Louisiana on October 10, 2023. Preceded in death by his father Donald, his mother Earline, and his daughter Brittany Holland.

Life-long companion and loving husband of Linda Augenstein. Father of Corey Griffin and Daniel D'Acosta. Brother of Donald Roussell, Bobby Roussell, and Chuck Roussell.

Rocky possessed a unique personality that could be characterized as witty and complex, and we deeply appreciated his presence. Of all the people he touched, his proudest achievement was marrying his wife Linda, who supported him in all of his glory during his heyday, and lovingly supported him physically during their last days together.

A "celebration of life" will be held during Happy Hour (4 p.m.) at Heidelberg's on Friday, October 27th.
