Robert "Bobby" Harris Richardson, of Slidell, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in Slidell, LA at the age of 65.

Bobby was the father of Jacob Richardson and Brandon Richardson (Kathleen) and brother of Joseph Richardson (Jill).  Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, the late Joe Richardson and Isabel Richardson.  Bobby grew up in Gentilly, New Orleans, and later moved to New Orleans East and lastly to Slidell.  Bobby found his niche in HVAC repair where he made his living.  He started out at Berner A/C, where he earned the nickname to some as Berner Bob which stuck with him even as he moved companies.  His last few years he worked at JLL taking care of all the Capital One Banks in the Greater New Orleans area.

Bobby enjoyed fishing, boiling seafood, hanging with his best buddy, Bentley, his fur-baby, and had a huge love for cooking.  Bobby wasn't a man of many words, but had a big heart, and anyone who knew him, knew his love language was showing up with a truck full of food and usually a chocolate Doberge cake! He will be missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral to be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West, in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Slidell, LA 70460, on Friday, June 6, 2025.  Visitation starts at 9:00 A.M. with services starting at 11 A.M.  Interment immediately following.

The family respectfully requests donations be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, preferred, in lieu of flowers.
