Robin Cutright Labry

Robin Cutright Labry, of Slidell, LA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, September 14, 2026, leaving behind her family and countless friends who loved her deeply.

Robin was one of those rare people who brought light with her wherever she went. She had an amazing positive spirit and a special way of making people feel good simply by being around her. She was joyful, warm, genuine, and truly fun to be with. Spending time with Robin often meant leaving with a smile and feeling a little happier than before.

Her sons, Ray and Jason, were deeply loved by her, and she absolutely adored her grandchildren, Ray Jr., Jason Jr., Addison, Madison and Morgan. They held a special place in her heart, and the love she had for them was unmistakable. Her family was one of the greatest joys of her life.

Robin was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Rhonda. She is survived by her sister, Sonya; her sons, Ray Labry and Jason Cutright; her grandchildren, and the many family members and friends who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

What will be remembered most about Robin was her light, her authenticity, and her boldness. She was never afraid to speak her mind or say what others might not. She had a gift for making people feel welcome, loved, and valued. She never had to try to make an impression—her personality did that naturally. She was unapologetically herself, and that authenticity was both respected and appreciated.

Some people leave an emptiness when they are gone. Others leave behind a light that continues to shine through the memories, laughter, and love they gave us. Robin was that kind of person.

She will be missed more than words can say, but she will also be remembered with smiles, laughter, and gratitude for the privilege of having had her in our lives.

Rest peacefully, and thank you for being such a beautiful light to all of us. Your laughter, your spirit, your honesty, and your love will stay with us always.

We love you, and we will miss you always.
