SHERI REYNE WILKES, age 57, of Slidell, LA, was called home to our Lord on Monday, September 12, 2022, after a long battle with Myasthenia Gravis. Beloved daughter of the late Steven Ray Wilkes and Glena Calandro Ridall. Step-daughter of William "Bill" Ridall. Beloved granddaughter of Myrtle Jones Breaux. Sister of Carra Rowland (Brett) and the late Donna Stringer (Robert). Also survived by her nephews and nieces, Steven Stringer, Sarra Stringer, Caeleb Stringer, Jeremy Rowland, Brett Bennett, II, and a great nephew, Brennon Stringer.

A native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell since 1977. She was a 1985 graduate of Salmen High School and a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was a volunteer at Greenbriar Nursing Home, loved to go to the library and was an avid reader.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA., on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:00 P.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Friday after 11:00 A.M. until funeral time.

Donations to St. Judes Children's Hospital, Muscular Dystrophy Association, or to the Friends of the Library, preferred, in lieu of flowers.
