Sherrie G. Adams, 63, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, in Slidell, Louisiana.

Sherrie was born Wednesday, November 11, 1959, in New Orleans, to Charles C. Greer and Lou Ann Reaves Greer.

Sherrie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles C and Lou Ann Greer; three brothers, Charles Allen Greer, John Anthony Greer, Michael Joe Greer; and a grandson, Logan Williams.

She is survived by her husband, David P. Adams; four children, Stephanie Lynn Hoven (Ray), Jason Louis Williams (Angela), Mellissa Martin, Xander Lee Adams; brothers, Authery Greer Jr. (Mariam), Audie Murphy Greer (Pat); sister, Doris Ann Bonaccorso (John); grandchildren River Lemoine, Kaitlyn Lemoine, Chase Kitchens, Jerry Kitchens, Dillon Kitchens, Ashlee Martin, Alexus Martin, Alyssa Martin; great-grandchildren, Brayleigh, Gavin, Cristianna, Alaina, Noah, Kayden, and Alexzandria.

Sherrie was fun loving with a warrior's spirt.  She had a heart of gold and would go out of her way to help anyone she could and never asked for anything in return.  Family meant everything to her.  Sherrie will be deeply missed by all who loved her.  May she rest in peace with our Lord, while we hold memories of her close to our hearts.

Funeral Services will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West, Slidell LA 70460 on Monday, February 20, 2023.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon followed by a family service at 2:00pm.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
