It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Stephanie Coyle, age 46, of Richmond, Texas on April 1, 2026.  Stephanie was the daughter of Donece Sharp and Brenda Jordan, and a graduate of Slidell High School.  She received a BS and Nursing degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.  Stephanie was an active member of Parkway Fellowship Church and enjoyed dancing, making crafts, reading, reconditioning furniture, and gardening.  Stephanie was always happy while hiking on the countless trails in the Houston area and also camping with family at parks in Texas, Louisiana and beyond.  She also loved cooking and baking with her family.

Stephanie was the beloved, caring, and thoughtful wife of Jared Coyle and devoted mother to Graham and Brenlynn.  She is also survived by her mother Brenda (William) Jordan of Abita Springs, LA, father Donece Sharp of Slidell, LA, grandmother Agatha Galvez (Juan) of Bay St Louis, MS, brother John Sharp (Amy) of Kalispell, MT, sister Sara (Craig) Watson of Picayune, MS, step sister Jeanne Lousao (Geoff) of Lafayette, LA and step brother Glenn Jordan of Austin, TX.  She is also survived by nieces Madilynne, Leila, Myla, Emma and nephews Wyatt, Cameron, Noah, and Elijah.

Stephanie will be greatly missed by her friends and family.  The family will receive friends on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 9:00-11:00AM with services and internment to follow at Honaker Funeral Home in Slidell, LA.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Inner Compass Initiative (theinnercompass.org).
