Susan Rotolo Madeline of Diamondhead, MS passed away on August 22, 2024, at the age of 76. She was born on March 11, 1948, in New Orleans. Susan is the daughter of the late Joseph Rotolo Sr and late Patricia Rotolo. She is the sister of Kerry (Sue), Joe (Kris, deceased), the late Rod (Debbie), Keith Rotolo (Jodi) and Janell Reda (Frank).

She is survived by her son, Jason Madeline, grandson, Brandon Madeline, and great granddaughter, Senua Madeline and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Susan graduated from Illinois State University in 1971 with a degree in psychology. Although psychology was her passion that would remain so, she later developed a passion for horticulture through the family business, Jack's Nursery. Susan had a curious mind and enjoyed learning about whatever she could.

She ran several businesses, including an ice cream shop called the Ice Cream Oasis. Later, she found the love of her life, Paul Madeline, and together they ventured into cabinet making, owning and operating Hubbard's Cupboards for many years. Susan was incredibly knowledgeable in various aspects of life and was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We will miss her dearly.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell, LA 70460, on Thursday August 29, 2024.

Visitation will begin at 9:00am, followed by the funeral mass at 11:00am.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
