Timothy J. Healy, age 71, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in Picayune, Mississippi. Tim was born on December 28, 1954, in Spokane, Washington, to the late William E. Healy and Muriel C. Murphy.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Powe Healy; his son, Jarrod Healy; his parents, Muriel Murphy; William Healy; his stepfather, Michael Murphy; his sisters, Colleen Lott and Deborah Entrekin; and his brother, James Healy.

Tim is survived by his daughter, Nicole Corcoran (Brian); his sisters, Kathleen Healy Nuber (Perry) and Megin Murphy (Gary); as well as many nieces and nephews.

He enjoyed working at Science Applications International Corporation and cherished the many friendships he made during his time there. Tim was also an avid New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers fan.

The family is deeply grateful to Whispering Pines of Picayune in Picayune, Mississippi, for the exceptional care, kindness, and compassion shown to Tim during his stay. Their loving staff brought comfort and joy to his daily life. The family also wishes to thank the employees of Enhabit Hospice for the excellent care and support they provided during his final days.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside service at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.
