Victor "Vicky" Thonn, 82, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Vicky was born May 6, 1941, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Victor Clarence Thonn and Elma Rita Thonn. In 1978 he married Judith Thonn and the couple moved to Slidell.

Vicky was a commercial fisherman, tugboat captain, and Jack of all trades.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Judy Thonn; two stepchildren, Gwendolyn Thonn Hughes (Scott), Cheryl Thonn Williams; two sisters, Elma Rita Schubert (Allen), Luann Marie Stacks (Don); two grandchildren, Ashleigh Penton, Benjamin Williams; two great-grandchildren, Eden Penon, and Autumn Penton; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A visitation will be held at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd West, on Saturday, June 3, 2023.
