It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wilhelmina Kuehn Dickey "Wilma" on Sunday May, 14th, 2023. Born on April 26, 1937, in Columbus, Ohio to a German immigrant couple, Wilma went to Ohio State University where she met the love of her life, Richard P Dickey, who sadly passed earlier this year. She had an unwavering spirit, incredible wit, and a passion for travel. Family was the cornerstone of her life. She was a devoted Nana to eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter, and mom to Jeffrey (Alissa), Lorelei, Suzanne, and David (Caroline). In her leisure time, Wilma found joy and fulfillment in pursuing her hobbies and interests. In addition to her many adventures, she was an accomplished equestrian, enjoyed gardening, and her church community. She also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer, where she made an indelible difference to many lives and families.

A celebration of life will take place on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Boulevard West, Slidell, LA., 70460. Family visitation will be at 8:30 a.m., followed by public visitation at 9:30 a.m., with a service from 11:30 to 12:00 noon.

Following the service there will be a private procession to the cemetery for 12:30 graveside service.
