William "Billy" James Morgan, Sr., age 75, of Kenner, LA, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023. Beloved husband of Joan Abshire Morgan. Father of Joann Morgan and William Morgan, Jr. (Elaine). Son of the late Frederick Morgan and Larue Dement Morgan. Brother of Norman Edward Morgan. Also survived by 4 grandchildren, Katherin, Gage, Ashley and James Morgan.

He was a native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of Kenner, La. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired Longshoreman with 27 years of service.
